Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the serial number located on the scooter's deck to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Scooter
Carefully pack the scooter in its original factory packaging, including the charger, toolkit, and manual, to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our service center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition and odometer reading, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
