Battery life varies by model, but most of our scooters offer a range between 15 to 40 miles. Factors like rider weight, terrain, and speed mode will influence the total distance.
What is your shipping policy for electric scooters?
We offer free standard shipping on all scooter orders within the continental US. Due to battery safety regulations, these items are shipped via ground transport and typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
Do the scooters come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electric scooters include a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use conditions.
Is assembly required when my scooter arrives?
Most scooters arrive 95% assembled. You will typically only need to attach the handlebars and tighten a few screws using the included toolkit before your first ride.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused scooters in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Are these scooters waterproof?
Our scooters have an IP rating (usually IP54), meaning they are water-resistant against splashes and light rain. However, they should not be submerged or ridden through deep puddles.
